Process Flow
Pusai Precision has developed the joint composite process technology through the improvement of equipment, which realizes the composite between ultra-thin and multi-layer materials.
The process is mature with stable quality, high elongation. The products can be tensile molded.
Our products use metals with low-melting points such as aluminum and copper as substrate. Doing this could reduce the cost and meet the requirements of two-layer, multi-layer composite with different metal materials and different thickness ratios.
Equipments
1450mm Composite Mill
Our plant adopts first class metal laminated composite material production line which is developed by ourselves.The production line includes pre-treatment system, laminating unit, cold rolling unit, furnace and finishing unit. We also equipped advanced testing and more auxiliary system. The electrical control system is supplied by Primetals.
The mill adopts Primetals Technology's program and transmission control with high-level of automation. The products would have good performance in plate shape, dimensional accuracy, composite strength, rolling force and composite speed. The speed of our mill could reach as high as 10-15 meters/min (The industry's average speed is 4.5 meters'min). The mill adopting natural gas preheating and low nitrogen burner combustion. It also has exhaust gas recycling, closed cycle heating, thermostat control and stable annealing process.
